1. 90-Day Return & Refund Window
We accept eligible return and refund requests within 90 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Eligible Refund / Return Conditions
Refunds or returns are only accepted for products that:

Arrive with missing essential parts due to shipping issues
To process any claim, we require an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Return Package Requirements
Returned items must include all original contents, including:

Free gifts

Promotional items
-
Accessories
-
Manuals / packaging (if available)
Incomplete returns may be rejected or partially refunded.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Restocking / Processing Fee
A 20% processing/restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value of your refund.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
